Within Australia
For your security, your order will either be delivered via Australia Post registered mail- for PO Box addresses only & for customers requiring registered service only* or to your door via Courier.
We aim to process all orders within one to two business days of receipt of payment confirmation.
Most metropolitan deliveries arrive in 2 - 3 business days, however please allow up to 5 business days. For rural and remote areas please allow approximately 5 to 10 business days from dispatch
During peak seasonal periods (e.g. Christmas) and public holidays, Postage delivery times may be longer than normal, please keep this in mind.
* If you select the registered service via Australia post, please ensure you are at the delivery address, as a signature is required to receive the goods. If you are not present to sign for your goods you may need to collect it from your nearest Australia post office.
You can either select one of the following
- Door to door Courier Service- I authorise the driver to leave consignment in a safe place
- Registered Australia Post
- Delivery to PO Box – Standard Australia Post service
Our driver will always attempt to obtain a signature from the receiver acknowledging receipt of your express freight consignment. However, you need to let us know exactly what to do under circumstances where you’re not home when the delivery driver arrives. You can authorise to leave the goods in as safe a spot as possible, for example, around the back if it’s a private house, next door if it’s a business. If this happens, we may not be able to obtain a confirmed signature for your consignment and our driver will mark his paperwork as "authorised to leave" or "ATL’. With express freight deliveries to private homes, there is an increased risk that the receiver won't be home when our driver arrives. This is why we always ask you to provide us with a daytime delivery address. Don’t forget you can always address your goods to the workplace, even if it is a private transaction.
Once your order has been shipped you are not able to cancel it.

International & US orders are responsible for any custom charges. These charges are not monitored or influenced by Crimson home and giftware, nor do we have any control over them.
We recommend you do not order anything breakable if it is to be shipped outside of Australia. Crimson home and giftware will not take any responsibility for any items damaged in transit once they leave our premises and will not replace, exchange or refund for international orders.
