RETURNS


We will provide a full money back refund, replacement or gift voucher based on individual requests if you are dissatisfied with our products. (The item will need to be inspected prior to refund and notification of return must be received within 5 business days of receipt.)

We regret that upon inspection if the item is found to be damaged or not resalable, by use or wear, we cannot offer a refund. All items returned must be in their original packaging.

Due to health regulations earrings, body products and perfumes cannot be returned.

All items returned will need to be couriered back to Crimson at the customer's expense.

We can only refund the total cost of goods. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns procedure: - Simply email: info@crimsongifts.com.au with the following details: - Name and address, e-mail address, contact phone number, original order number and reason for return.

Cancellations: Due to the order processing and fulfilment process we cannot accept cancellations. Please make sure you select your products carefully.

Important Note: No returns policy for clearance or discontinued products or Artwork / Canvas's.


DAMAGED GOODS


Crimson must be notified via email to info@crimsongifts.com.au within 24hrs of any damaged items received. Please include the following details:

Name and address, phone number, e-mail address, original order number, product and description of damage.

A replacement will be sent at no charge upon return and inspection of the product

Crimson will cover the freight charge for returned damaged goods.




COLOUR ON THE INTERNET


Every effort has been made to ensure the product colours shown on the website are as close as possible to actual colours, however, computer screens may show slight variations.


PAYMENT OPTIONS


Crimson accepts the following payment methods through our secure, online checkout system.



If you choose to pay by direct bank transfer please note our banking details which will be provided on your order confirmation email. Please note that some banks can take 2-5 business days to process transfers. We will only ship your package once payment is received.

We DO NOT ACCEPT personal cheques.


STOCK CONTROL


Crimson makes every effort to ensure that all products listed on this site are in stock. Our inventory is checked daily for out of stock or limited quantity items and these are then either removed until back in stock or a ‘pre order now' or ‘out of stock' heading will be added in the product description.

Due to unforseen demand, it may in some cases be possible for an ordered product to be out of stock by the time that order is processed. In this case, you will be notified via e-mail and given the option of waiting for the back-ordered stock or cancelling the order – this is the only time an order can be cancelled. Payment will not be processed until stock is available and your order can be shipped.

*Please take into account when placing orders during peak times (Easter, Mother's/Father's day, Birthday's, Christmas etc..) that you allow enough time for the delivery to reach you.


GIFT VOUCHERS


If you have received a Crimson Gift Voucher, you can redeem it by buying anything apart from other Gift Vouchers.

Simply select the Gift Voucher option in the payment section, enter the voucher code and we will process the payment. You may purchase any items that are greater than the value of your Gift Voucher by using your credit card to cover the additional cost.

All Gift Vouchers must be used with in 12 months and are issued with an expiry date as indicated on the voucher itself. Once that Gift Voucher has expired, we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances. It is the Gift Voucher holder's responsibility to ensure it is redeemed before the expiry date.

When redeeming a Gift Voucher, you must use the entire balance of the Gift Voucher. You can not carry the remainder of the voucher value forward..

Crimson Gift Vouchers may not be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.

Any item purchased via a gift voucher will still attract freight charges to the Gift voucher holder. Freight can be included as part of the total order cost when redeeming a gift voucher.

* Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash

*Please note that when you purchase a Gift Certificate by itself you will not be charged for shipping.


POSTAGE AND DELIVERY


*Delivery within Australia only.

For your security, we ship all parcels via Australia Post registered mail. We aim to process all orders within one business day of receipt of payment confirmation, at which time you will be sent an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

You should then allow approximately 2 to 5 business days from dispatch for delivery within metropolitan areas.

For rural and remote areas please allow approximately 5 to 10 business days from dispatch

Please note that during peak seasonal periods Australia Post delivery timeframes are longer (particularly the November/December Christmas period).

*Please take into account when placing orders during peak times (Easter, Mother's/Father's day, Christmas etc..) that you allow enough time as indicated above for the delivery to reach you.

*Please ensure you are at the delivery address, as a signature is required to receive the goods. If you are not present to sign for your goods you may need to collect it from your nearest Australia post office.
